VI.保号测试(Retention test):

在开启wificalling的情况我尝试了对随机瑞士号码发送了一条短信进行保号测试，原本应该扣除0.25CHF，但实际仍然扣除了1CHF，说明即便在wificalling的情况下，海外仍然按照漫游资费进行扣款，并且官方也说明了Wificalling仅支持在Switzerland内才有效。

12个月内没有任何有效操作（短信/电话/流量/充值），号码会进入封锁状态，此时手机服务会被暂停除非你找官方重新激活才可以正常使用，重新激活需要75CHF；如果被锁定后接下来的6个月你没有请求恢复号码，将被永远终止无法恢复。

It would be blocked If there is no activity with your number in 12-month period. any action can’t be taken with your number in case of you reactive it by ask official for support. Meanwhile, re activation requires 75CHF. If no reactivation requests with further 6-month period, the number is terminated and can’t be reactivated any more.

2)3个月未使用号码会有短信通知未来号码可能会被取消

After 3 months of not using the SIM card, we send you a reminder to use it, otherwise it may be blocked in the future.

当我向客服二次确认保号的规则时，客服说3个月没有使用号码即会失效，当我给到他们对应的条款时，便回复表示会请求专家进行二次确认，最终给到的结果与条款中一样：即12个月内需要有1次（发送短信/拨打电话/访问网络/充值）操作即可延长12个月。

In order to keep the number for long-term use with Yallo, I ask customer support for double-checking with the maintainance. Firstly, he/she told me if there is inactivity of 3-months period that would lead the number to terminated. After then he/she changed it to need their expert for further assistance with it when I send a official policy about the prepaid description, Finally, he/she pointed that 3-months period means the reminder will be sent to you. Once you perform any qurlifying action in 12-montth period that would extend the validity.
